Position Overview:
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for Web Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers, helping them with their inquiries related to web services, including troubleshooting, service guidance, and technical assistance. You will communicate primarily in French, and your role will involve managing customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
This is an on-site position based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be part of a multilingual team, working in a vibrant and fast-growing company that values customer satisfaction and offers opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support in French, assisting with inquiries regarding web services, including technical support, troubleshooting, and service-related issues.
- Assist customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring that all communication is clear, friendly, and professional.
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Offer solutions for customers experiencing technical difficulties, working with the appropriate teams to resolve more complex issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company web services and continuously update this knowledge to stay ahead of any changes.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to ensure customer issues are fully addressed.
- Meet individual and team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to help improve internal processes and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in French (native or near-native level).
- B2 level of English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or web services is an advantage but not a must.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Tech-savvy, with a passion for helping people navigate digital platforms.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
