Position Overview:
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the welcoming voice assisting customers with their travel inquiries and bookings. Whether you're aiding in planning dream vacations or resolving issues during their travels, your dedication to providing exceptional service will leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries.
- Remote or On-Site Work: Experience the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Portugal or on-site in Lisbon, immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and atmosphere of the city.
