Visão Geral da Função: Um(a) office manager tem como principais missões, suporte nas tarefas administrativas e de gestão do dia-a-dia da organização, recepção de clientes e parceiros no escritório, suporte no atendimento telefónico, efetuar marcações e organizações de agendas sempre que necessário, preparação e organização das salas de reuniões, entre outras funções associadas à função.
Local de trabalho: Parque das Nações ( zona de fáceis acessos através de transportes públicos)
Full Time de 40H/S: Disponibilidade entre as 8H-19H de 2ªF a 6Fª
A 1ª Semana de trabalho será realizada em formação em Coimbra ( necessária disponibilidade para tal)
Conhecimentos e Competências Fundamentais:
-Experiência comprovada em funções como Office Assistant, Office Manager, Recepcionista, Secretariado de organizações com rigor de processos e formalidade;
-Fluência no idioma Inglês é obrigatória ;
-Sentido prático de organização e proatividade;
-Gosto por tarefas multitasking;
-Excelente apresentação e comunicação formal;
