Das erwartet Dich

Du unterstützt das Team am Standort bei administrativen und organisatorischen Fragen und bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle Unternehmen unserer Gruppe.

Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für das deutsche location building team.

Du kümmerst dich um Aufgaben des Gebäudemanagements, wie z.B. die Meldung von Problemen an den Vermieter und die Kontrolle von Zulieferern (Wartung, Schädlingsbekämpfung, Sicherheit, Bauarbeiter, Reinigungsarbeiten und andere damit verbundene Aufgaben).

Du hast Erfahrung mit der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) oder bist bereit, Dich schulen zu lassen und bei Bedarf einzugreifen.

Du übernimmst die Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen am Standort Lissabon.

Du unterstützt bei klassischen Assistenzaufgaben wie dem Empfang von Gästen, Telefonkorrespondenz, Postbearbeitung oder Terminkoordination.

Du sorgst dafür, dass die Sicherheit im Büro gemäß den Sicherheitsstandards von Diconium (TISAX) gewährleistet ist.

Du fungierst als Sicherheitsbeauftragter und kümmerst Dich um die Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß der portugiesischen Gesetzgebung, anderer relevanter Umweltvorschriften, Unternehmensstandards und bewährter Verfahren.

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei Notfällen.

Das bringst Du mit

Du bist ein Organisationstalent durch und durch; mit dem Ehrgeiz, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich für reibungslose Abläufe zu sorgen.

Du lernst schnell und bist ein Multitasker.

Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Empfang und Büromanagement.

Neben deinem Fleiß beherrschst Du auch das MS-Office-Paket gut.

Du behältst immer einen kühlen Kopf und lässt Dich bei der routinemäßigen Umsetzung nicht durch parallele To-Do's ablenken.

Du bist serviceorientiert und hast ein Auge für Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Die Bewirtung von Gästen gehört genauso zu deinem Job wie die Beschaffung von Büro- und Werkstattmaterial.

Mit Deiner freundlichen und offenen Art sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste und Kolleg:Innen jederzeit wohlfühlen.

Dein Englisch ist fließend.

Wenn Du Dich mit Tools wie bspw. Infraspeak auskennst, ist das ein Plus.
