Job Description

Our HR organization is going through the biggest digital transformation from decades. As part of the HR Digitalization Journey, we aim to connect all relevant people and tools based on the global standard HR processes to improve user satisfaction, enable higher efficiency, increase HR data availability, whilst being stable and future proof. We achieve this by intelligent integration of mainly SAP cloud solutions into our HR IT infrastructure.

Our team is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the regional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the ESM ticketing tool (ServiceNow) into our dynamic and multicultural Regional HR Service Center at Bosch.

Your contribution to something big:  

Support all the Western Europe countries throughout the HR digitalization project; Adapting the global project plan to the regional requirements, continuously tracking progress; Ensure that all project phases are delivered on time, within scope and within budget by properly allocated resources to deliver the expected results; Work closely with the global project team, participate in regular project reviews, prepare and present project status, and escalate as required; Coordinate regional project team, ensure professional support to country coordinators in their localization activities; Participate in business process review workshops to identify fits, gaps and localization issues according to global standards; Gather and analyze local legal and business requirements with technical impact on global solution; Analyze risks and change impacts on business side; Work closely with the change management expert to develop and execute the appropriate change, communication and enabling approach for the region by involving all relevant stakeholders; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Higher education in the field of Business Management or any comparable experience; Fluent English, both written and spoken; Strong project management skills, experience in leading projects on regional level is a plus; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience in Shared Service organizations; Knowledge of HR Administration processes (Hiring, Transfers, Promotion, Compensation & Benefit, Termination, Expat management, Organizational Management processes) is a plus; Service mindset: empathy, patience and positivity to provide solutions; Analytical thinking, ability to understand the context; Attention to detail and aptitude to create technical & support documentation; Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
