Introduction to Role
Are you ready to champion evolution in our dynamic and agile environment? We are seeking a Process Optimisation Director to support the continued expansion of the GBS Process Solutions Team. This role will report to the Process Mining Director and work with business stakeholders to drive business process operational efficiency, as well as collaborate closely with our process mining & automation teams.
Accountabilities
As a Process Optimisation Director, you will drive the optimisation of processes through partnering with senior stakeholders. You will define and embed strategy and vision for Process Optimization capabilities across wider Process Solutions team. You will manage and drive adoption of our selected Business Process Management tool (BPM platform). You will provide oversight and in some instances direct support to process analysts working closely with business SMEs & technical specialists to coordinate the delivery of process optimizations & automations.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, leveraging recognised business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Kaizen etc. Significant experience managing and adopting BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, PEGA, Aris, IBM BPM etc.) across enterprises. Demonstrated experience of leading high-profile process optimization projects and/or change management programs Excellent partner management, influencing & presentation / oral communication skills Energetic and self-motivated, with strong analytical skills Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry Experience of working in Agile methodology Qualified in Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black belt) Experience of working globally Significant experience of various related BPM capabilities i.e. Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
