Customer Care Assistant

A missão do Customer Care Assistant é oferecer um atendimento de excelência, resolvendo dúvidas e solicitações de forma eficiente, promovendo a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, alinhando suas necessidades aos objetivos da Aviludo.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Planear e organizar o trabalho de acordo com os objetivos, prioridades, procedimentos e recursos disponíveis, garantindo a eficácia da função e a prestação de um serviço de qualidade;
- Assegurar o atendimento telefónico e registo de encomendas recebidas via telefone, e-mail ou plataformas digitais;
- Apoiar a equipa de vendas/distribuição no esclarecimento de dúvidas e na ligação com os clientes;
- Apoiar a equipa de vendas/distribuição na gestão de encomendas e informações sobre produtos;
- Garantir o cumprimento de pedidos da equipa de vendas junto do armazém;
- Contactar o cliente sempre que necessário, em casos de falha de stock ou alteração de valores;
- Analisar e garantir o cumprimento das reservas de produtos, quando necessário;
- Lançar alterações pontuais de preços e bónus no sistema, quando aplicável;
- Tratar de devoluções e notas de crédito;
- Gerir reclamações de forma eficaz e dentro dos procedimentos estabelecidos.
Qualificações
- Licenciatura (preferencial) em Comunicação, Administração, Gestão ou outra área semelhante;
- Experiência prévia na função;
- Domínio da informática na ótica do utilizador;
- Capacidade de organização;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, oral e escrita;
- Facilidade na relação interpessoal.
