Are you ready to be partof the change and help us make real what matters? 

We are seeking a Purchase to Pay Analyst to join ourPurchase to Pay team. The ideal candidate will be supporting with thetransformation of our accounting operations by leveraging digital tools andtechnologies to optimize accounting processes, improve efficiency, and ensurecompliance with financial regulations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attentionto detail, and proficiency in accounting software and digital tools.

This role will be based in Alfragide, with hybridworking available. There will be frequent travel required within the Portugalto UK.

Your mission will be…

Support digitalization strategies to streamlineaccounting processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase productivity; Evaluate and support on the selection of theaccounting software and digital tools to support financial operations, ensuringcompatibility with existing systems and workflows; Support Implementation and integration of digitalaccounting systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption tooperations; Monitor and evaluate the performance of digitalaccounting systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementingenhancements as needed; Provide training and support to finance team memberson the use of digital tools and software applications, promoting adoption andproficiency; Stay informed about emerging trends and best practicesin digital accounting and financial technology, proactively recommending newsolutions and approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; Liaises with Accounts Payable offshore serviceprovider management to address process issues if and when they arise; Provides support to address Accounts Payable queriesfrom offshore service provider (Bangalore) and/or UK customer; Acts as an escalation point and expert resource forAccounts Payable queries and issues raised by UK & Ireland customers,provides expert guidance for SAP and OneSRM topics; Spiridon key user raising IT issues, logging tableupdates and user access requests with appropriate team/method.

We are looking for someone with…

Fluent in English, written andspoken (mandatory); any other European language will be a plus; Working experience/knowledgeof Supply Chain Management/Purchasing process as a plus; Strong understanding ofrelevant ERP system e.g., SAP; Strong proficiency Digitaltools (e.g., robotic process automation, data analytics, Power BI, Mendix,Redwood); In-depth knowledge ofaccounting principles, regulations, and standards; Analytical skills, with theability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights to drivedecision-making; Excellent attention to detailand organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and precision; Effective communication andinterpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams; Ability to influence customersutilizing data and experience as required for his/her work; Continuous learning attitude; Excellent organizational andplanning skills; Problem solving andimplementing optimal solution; Willingness to travel.
