Your mission
O National Account Manager assegura o controlo do negócio da Dermocosmética e Personal Care no canal de Parafarmácias (Moderna Distribuição), Grupos de Farmácias e Comércio Online.
Gere uma equipa de 5 elementos, com vista a atingir as metas definidas de sell-in, sell-out e rentabilidade nestes canais, garantindo a posição e representatividade da empresa como um player preferencial.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Definição da Estratégia comercial para os canais GMS, Armazenistas, Grupos, E-Commerce: Define os principais KPIs que permitam chegar ao sucesso, e acompanha a sua performance Propõe planos corretivos Incorpora inputs de stakeholders internos e externosConstrução de ferramentas e processos eficientes com a equipa
Desenha e implementa o melhor “ritmo operacional” (reuniões, forecasts, business reviews) Revê processos e procedimentos existentes, tentando que sejam o mais eficientes e ágeis possíveis Define ferramentas de análise adequadas ao diagnóstico do negócioCoordenação e acompanhamento de Key Account Managers e Assistente Comercial:
Gere, coordena, motiva e desenvolve a sua equipa. Valida as propostas comerciais a negociar com os clientes, salvaguardando a rentabilidade e interesses da PF. Acompanha os seus elementos da equipa nas negociações mais importantes Articulação com outras áreas/ departamentos e entre os diversos elementos que coordena: Articula e trabalha em equipa com outras áreas, principalmente, com o Marketing e o Trade Marketing. Participa no desenho e concretização dos planos promocionais de ciclo; recolhe feedback dos clientes Faz ponte com Departamento Financeiro e Departamento Logístico, para garantir que os KPI de logística estão controlados com clientes, e a rentabilidade dos mesmos.
Who you are ?
Formação em marketing, gestão ou áreas afins e/ou qualificações em gestão de vendas.
Experiência comprovada em vendas, especialmente em cargos de gestão de vendas em FMCG.
Forte habilidade de influenciar e negociar;
• Capacidade de estabelecer e manter relações com Marketing, Trade, Logística e Financeira;
• Apoio ativo em negociações estratégicas;
• Capacidade de estimular uma agenda de mudança;
• Diligência operacional para garantir eficiência e qualidade;
• Experiência em desenhar processos e dashboards;
• Habilidade em análise de dados e experiência em Key Account Management;
• Experiência em ambiente multinacional;
• Capacidade de lidar com diferentes tabelas de preços e estruturar condições comerciais;
• Habilidade em gerir situações complexas e diversos stakeholders;
• Autonomia para tomar decisões estratégicas e operacionais.
Residência na área de Lisboa.
Fluente em português.
