ValGenesis is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our marketing strategies with our business objectives. You will oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and improve HubSpot marketing automation. Own our HubSpot implementation of website deployment, business development sequences, email workflow, and overall data management. Suggest and implement improvements based on your considerable expertise.
  • Collaborate with sales on CRM administration and data structuring. Ensure HubSpot and CRM flow data back and forth.
  • Own our integration and API stack. Ensure systems communicate elegantly and efficiently with one another and that information and process flow are as seamless and automated as possible.
  • Implement coherent, consistent, accurate dashboard reporting for sales and marketing. Help us zoom out to the biggest picture and zoom in to find the flaws in our tactics.
  • Provide constructive input on pipeline and revenue measurement, from stage definitions to key metrics to best reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot. Other marketing automation platform experience is acceptable as long as you are willing to learn and own HubSpot.
  • Technical understanding of how APIs work and the means to stitch together data integrations. Experience with Zapier or similar third-party tools would be great.
  • Capacity to look at the entire marketing and sales picture as “revenue” and implement technology, processes, and reporting that bring total clarity to what our teams are doing.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate recommended changes.

How We Work

Our Lisbon office is hybrid. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration fosters creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company. Our hybrid schedule is working 3 days per week in the office, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office.
