The role
We are seeking a resourceful Sales Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success team. As a Sales Operations Specialist at NDI, you will learn how to operate the infrastructure that supports our Business Development, Inside Sales, Support and Marketing teams. With time, you will grow into the owner of this infrastructure. At NDI, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team with decades of experience in the technology world and work with some of the top household companies in the video world.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Sales infrastructure maintenance and updates
- Help manage NDI’s Customer Relationship Management platform, ensuring pipeline, licensees and partners data and documentation are are up to date.
- Help define and implement cross-functional workflows that ensure the right data and documentation is collected in the right way, at the right time.
- Assist in the implementation of new, sales-related, platforms.
Effective opportunity conversion
- Assist NDI’s Business Development and Inside Sales teams in converting sales opportunities with timely support in the form of data and documentation verification, and contract updates.
Account management
- Assist in the day to day account management processes, including but not limited to monthly reporting, key accounts objectives tracking, contract compliance, contract updates and pricing books.
Requirements
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, finance or a similar field.
- Excellent ethics, highly resourceful, and with a bias for action.
- Passion for problem-solving and high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is highly desirable – we use Salesforce which makes experience with this platform a key advantage for any candidate.
