Descrição do cargo:
Pesquisa de Mercado e Identificação de Oportunidades:

- Realizar pesquisas de mercado detalhadas para identificar potenciais clientes nos setores de bem-estar, beleza e fitness;

- Desenvolver e executar estratégias para adquirir novos clientes,  expandindo a presença da sheerME no mercado;

- Procurar ativamente oportunidades de colaboração, parcerias e patrocínios com empresas-chave no ecossistema de bem-estar, beleza e fitness.

Aquisição de Clientes e Gestão de Relações:

- Identificar, apresentar e integrar novos clientes (salões, ginásios, centros de bem-estar) na plataforma sheerME;

- Construir e manter relações sólidas com potenciais clientes e clientes existentes, garantindo a sua satisfação e retenção;

- Desenvolver e gerir o pipeline de vendas, impulsionando o crescimento das receitas através da concretização de objetivos para aquisição e retenção de clientes;

- Negociar e fechar acordos comerciais que contribuam para os objetivos de crescimento da sheerME;

- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas de marketing e produto para alinhar as estratégias de crescimento e otimizar as ofertas para os clientes;

- Fornecer relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho de vendas, feedback do mercado e oportunidades de crescimento.

Mentalidade de Startup e Flexibilidade:

- Prosperar num ambiente de startup dinâmico, onde será necessário desempenhar várias funções e contribuir ativamente para diversas áreas do negócio;

Qualificações:
- Experiência: 1-5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios, vendas ou gestão de contas, preferencialmente nos setores de bem-estar, beleza ou fitness.

Competências:

- Compreensão sólida dos mercados de bem-estar, beleza e fitness, sendo uma vantagem ter uma rede de contactos estabelecida nesses setores;

- Experiência comprovada em construção de relações, negociação de acordos e fecho de vendas;

- Excelentes competências de comunicação e apresentação, com uma abordagem persuasiva e focada no cliente;

- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (por exemplo, Salesforce, HubSpot) e capacidade para gerir um pipeline de vendas.
