Nous recherchons donc de nouveaux talents, ambitieux et exigeants, prêts à rejoindre cette aventure Croissance de nos effectifs : Juillet 2019 : 10Juillet 2020 : 50Juillet 2021 : 200Juillet 2023 : +500Tu rejoindras l'équipe Customer Success qui est responsable de la formation, de la personnalisation de la plateforme et du suivi du client tout au long de sa vie chez Agicap  En tant que membre de l'équipe Customer Success Tech, tu es le lien entre nos deux plus grands départements : Sales (négociation et signature des contrats) et Customer Success.Tes missions : En collaboration avec les équipes du Customer Success, Sales, Product, Tech, ta mission sera de permettre au client en un temps minimum d’avoir accès à l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à son pilotage de trésorerie sur la plateforme.Tu seras ainsi en charge de : Intégrer les données clients :  - Pour nos nouveaux clients, tu es l’expert technique en charge de les aider à définir les données à intégrer dans l’outil et la meilleure méthode pour le faire. Ton intervention est donc clé pour la satisfaction et la fidélisation à long terme des clients. Accompagner nos clients dans l’implémentation :  - Comprendre les besoins techniques et financiers des clients B2B dans tous les secteurs.- Maîtriser les langages de programmations afin d’automatiser nos process internes (Python,VBA).- Connaître Excel, afin de résoudre des problématiques clients (matrices Excel).- Être force de proposition vis-à-vis de nos clients et des autres services Customer Success pour leur apporter la solution la plus adaptée à leurs besoins compte tenu des contraintes techniques.- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes (internes et externes) pour assurer la mise en place rapide d’Agicap.- Tu créeras l’outil de demain afin de faciliter le setup client pour tous les services CS France mais aussi Global. (Via des technologies Cloud avec Python). Participer au développement de l’équipe et à la construction des processus : - Tu contribueras à l’automatisation et l’industrialisation de cette dernière au sein de nos équipes CS France puis CS global à terme.- Tu auras l’occasion de travailler sur une plateforme technique complexe qui servira tout le CS d’Agicap. - Tu mettras en place la documentation nécessaire pour permettre la transmission des connaissances au sein de l’équipe. - Véritable représentant du client en interne, tu seras chargé de remonter les besoins aux équipes en charge du produit pour les aider à prioriser les nouvelles fonctionnalités. Le poste pourra par ailleurs donner lieu à terme à de nombreuses opportunités d’évolution au sein d’Agicap et constitue ainsi une excellente porte d’entrée vers le monde des FinTech en forte croissance.

Tu es en dernière année d'école de commerce/ingénieur ou avec 1/2 ans d'expériences Python n’a pas de secret pour toi Tu es polyvalent(e) et aime : la gestion de projet, la relation client, le travail d'équipe Tu sais : prioriser, t'organiser et communiquer Tu es curieux(se), ambitieux(se) et l'esprit start-up t'attire Tu aimes faire face à de nouvelles problématiques et comprendre les aspects techniques pour y répondre au mieux
