Le Directeur des Solutions FSM (French Speaking Market : France, Maroc, Côte d’Ivoire, Sénégal et Madagascar) pilotera et supervisera le développement de solutions innovantes en matière d'expérience client. Cela implique de concevoir des solutions de premier plan, de fournir un soutien commercial et contractuel, et de contribuer activement à la croissance stratégique et à l'excellence opérationnelle de Foundever dans la région EMEA.

Résumé du poste

Principales Missions :

- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Bid management et les Responsables de Compte pour définir des solutions, des propositions et des réponses aux appels d'offres qui répondent aux besoins de nos clients.

- Évaluer les exigences des clients et fournir des solutions innovantes et détaillées.

- Diriger les équipes et veiller à ce que les solutions soient livrables et soient conformes aux délais spécifiés.

- Évaluer les objectifs des clients et collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes pour évaluer les solutions stratégiques multi-géographiques.

- Développer des solutions de service personnalisées en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, techniques, financières, juridiques et de mise en œuvre.

- Identifier et gérer les risques internes et ceux liés au client tout au long du cycle de vie de la solution.

- Participer activement aux présentations aux clients, aux visites de sites et aux processus de diligence raisonnable.

- Recueillir auprès de diverses sources les informations nécessaires à l'élaboration des documents de vente.

- Respecter les exigences de sécurité de l'entreprise et du client.

- Veiller à l'alignement des solutions sur les marchés et la stratégie de l'entreprise.

Profil

Profil :

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles tels que Solutions architect, Sales, ou Account manager dans l'industrie de l’externalisation de la relation client (BPO) Diplôme supérieur en commerce, marketing, technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe. Natif français, vous maitrisez l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Excellente connaissance de tous les outils MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Connaissance des opérations et des technologies de Customer Experience Connaissance des outils de génération d'IA tels que ChatGPT, Jasper et autres outils similaires est un plus. Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients, à élaborer des solutions sur mesure et à entretenir des relations à long terme. Capacité à aligner les solutions sur les portefeuilles de produits existants, en veillant à leur pertinence et à leur efficacité. Connaissance approfondie des principes, des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de transformation CX. Forte capacité à orchestrer des équipes réparties sur différents sites et différents pays. Capacité à rédiger des propositions, des offres et des analyses de rentabilité convaincantes qui répondent aux exigences des clients. Faire preuve de créativité et d'innovation pour mener des initiatives tournées vers l'avenir. Solides compétences en matière de rédaction de propositions et de techniques de présentation.
