THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in generating the leads to drive our growth. This role involves listing and updating classifieds, tracking progress, iterating processes, and ensuring our vehicles are accurately represented and maintained on our website.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Create and manage listings on various classified platforms. Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for searchability. Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities, tracking the performance of different lead generation channels. Develop and refine lead generation processes, driving best practices and identify trends to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of information.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Strong organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
