Responsibilities:

  • Status Report;
  • Customer management and meetings;
  • First contact with the client, definition of the problem, diagnostic triage of the incident;
  • Monitoring the Service Level Agreement;
  • Coordination of the technical team;
  • Coordination of work in the Competence Center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
  • 5 or more year of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager;
  • Experience/Knowledge in many types of technological solutions (i.e. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares); 
  • Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).

Nice to have:

  • Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic);
  • Experience with JIRA and/or ELK stack;
  • Knowledge in Java troubleshooting and in Cloud environments (Azure/AWS);
  • Advanced level in Excel (advanced formulas, database concepts)
  • Good level of Spanish.

Responsabilidades:

  • Status Report;
  • Gestão de cliente e reuniões;
  • Primeiro contacto com o cliente, definição do problema, triagem diagnóstica do incidente;
  • Monitor do Acordo de Nível de Serviço;
  • Coordenação da equipa técnica;
  • Coordenação de trabalhos no Competence Center.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura e/ou mestrado em Informática ou similar;
  • Mais de 5 anos de experiência num como Gestor de Operações e/ou Gestor de Projectos Técnicos em IT;
  • Experiência/conhecimento em diversos tipos de soluções tecnológicas (i.e CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares); 
  • Bom nível de inglês (B2 minimo).

Valorizamos:

  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização APM (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic);
  • Experiência com JIRA e ELK stack;
  • Conhecimentos de troubleshooting Java e em ambientes Cloud Azure/AWS;
  • Nível avançado de Excel (fórmulas avançadas, conceitos de base de dados);
  • Bom nível de Espanhol.

  • Conocimiento de resolución de problemas Java y entornos Cloud Azure/AWS;
