Inspera was born in #Norway as a #cloud ☁️ based digital assessment platform that helps plan, author and deliver digital exams globally We are on a mission to make #education assessment more inclusive, fair and relevant.

Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Interact with stakeholders and customers on technical and product support issues especially around integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve live integration issues with customers
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of the Inspera product set
  • Provide detailed technical support to customers and account managers on product features, product usage, API, SSO and LTI
  • Act as the key product and technical integration specialist with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving technical account issues
  • Act as liaison with the Product function on feature requests and complex usage clarifications

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of complex SaaS platforms
  • Technical knowledge of integrations including SSO
  • Knowledge of LTI (desirable)
  • Customer support of SaaS systems (desirable)
  • Personal
  • Able to build excellent relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills
