Position Overview:

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. Your attention to detail and language skills will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:

    • Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

    • Help customers with their orders, returns, and refunds, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

  4. Customer Relationship Management:

  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

    • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills:

    • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:
