Sobre a posição
Irás desempenhar um papel central na comunicação e formação científica da nossa marca junto de médicos, farmacêuticos e consumidores. Serás responsável por desenvolver materiais de apoio para as nossas equipas, coordenar parcerias com hospitais e clínicas, e representar a D'AVEIA em eventos. Com o teu conhecimento, irás garantir que a D'AVEIA seja reconhecida pela excelência no apoio farmacêutico e dermocosmético.
Os teus 3 objectivos serão:
- Formação e Parcerias: Desenvolver e implementar programas de formação para DIMs, KOLs e parceiros, fortalecendo o conhecimento e o compromisso com os produtos da D'AVEIA.
- Materiais de Comunicação Científica: Criar e gerir materiais científicos e informativos para farmácias, médicos e equipa interna, assegurando clareza e precisão.
- Apoio e Representação: Dominar os conceitos científicos e os ingredientes presentes nas nossas formulações, facilmente associando os seus benefícios à saúde da pele, sendo capaz de representar a D'AVEIA como especialista em dermocosmética.
Responsabilidades:
- Formação a DIMs, KOLs, farmacêuticos e outros parceiros
- Desenvolvimento de materiais e de métodos de comunicação a KOLs e farmácias
- Apoio no desenvolvimento e coordenação de parcerias com KOLs, Hospitais e Clínica
- Apoio no desenvolvimento e gestão de stocks de todos os materiais de comunicação de informação médica
- Ser a “go-to person” dos produtos - apoio científico e formações
- Esclarecimento de dúvidas a consumidores e farmácias
- Representação e promoção da Dermoteca em eventos especializados.
Requisitos:
- Mestrado integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas;
- 2+ anos de experiência na indústria farmacêutica ou cosmética
- Fluente em inglês;
- Pessoa proactiva, dinâmica e com capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente;
- Forte conhecimento em powerpoint, canva, ou outras ferramentas de apresentações;
- Capacidade de resumo e simplificar situações complexas;
- Experiência ou interesse em apresentações e formações científicas;
- Forte capacidade de priorização de tarefas, e de se focar nos assuntos mais urgentes e que requerem atenção imediata.
