In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to our Dutch-speaking customers. You will analyze customer interactions, provide feedback to agents, and identify areas for improvement, helping to elevate the standard of customer service we offer. Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions with the support team for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their performance.
  • Identify trends in quality metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits and create reports to track quality performance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop training programs based on quality analysis.
  • Stay informed about product updates and customer service policies to ensure accurate evaluations.
  • Assist in setting quality standards and benchmarks for the team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others.
  • Familiarity with quality metrics and reporting tools.
