Quais serão as suas responsabilidades ao trabalhar connosco:
Faça tudo o que esteja ao seu alcance para manter o cliente satisfeito e melhorar sua a experiência Assista e oriente os clientes com todo o conhecimento necessário das funcionalidades do portal (Imovirtual) Atenda a todas as necessidades do cliente e certificar-se que as mesmas sejam atendidas no prazo e dentro das diretrizes fornecidas Investigue e entenda a causa raiz e encontre a maneira de resolver o problema Eduque o cliente e ajude-o a resolver o problema que está a ter Direcione a solicitação do cliente para a equipe/pessoa certa e faça o acompanhamento para garantir que o problema seja resolvido Com uma atitude de melhoria contínua deverá fornecer insights à equipe de produto para solucionar reclamações Apoie as equipas internas em solicitações relacionadas com os clientes
O que precisa para ter sucesso na função:
Tenha muita energia positiva e vontade de fazer um esforço extra para deixar o cliente feliz Ter paixão em ajudar os outros e melhorar a experiência do cliente Experiência anterior em função de suporte ao cliente (telefone e e-mails) ou em vendas inbound e outbound (indústria on-line/e-commerce é uma vantagem) Ser proactivo Amor pelo digital e pela tecnologia Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário é um diferencial Perfil orientado ao cliente Excelentes habilidades de comunicação Team Player Português fluente é obrigatório Ser capaz de se comunicar em inglês é uma vantagem Why join OLX?
