Sobre a Posição:

Como Internal Sales Specialist - Printers & Suppliers, você estabelecerá excelentes relações de venda com os vendors (Canon, HP, Brother, Epson…) e clientes através de um envolvimento proativo e conhecimento demonstrável de produtos especializados sob supervisão.

Esta posição é um Especialista de Vendas híbrido (Vendas Internas e Externas).

O que Fará:

Desenvolver proativamente relações com os principais clientes internos e externos (HP, Brother, Canon…)

Manter e desenvolver a relação com os parceiros para se manter atualizado sobre todas as novidades (incluindo planeamento de contas, vendas cruzadas, etc.)

Impulsionar as vendas de Impressoras e Fornecedores

Gerar novas oportunidades de negócio através da comunicação com clientes existentes e novos

Alcançar os objetivos mensais/trimestrais de receita e margem (KPIs)

Gerir as expectativas dos clientes em relação aos pedidos pendentes e mantê-los informados

Assegurar que o sistema CRM seja devidamente mantido e forneça informações precisas sobre os clientes

Comunicar-se com várias unidades internas (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Especialistas (IBM), todas as BUs AS)

Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o Business Developer Manager e o BU Manager para seguir a estratégia de vendas e identificar oportunidades

Colaborar em equipa para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos

O que Procuramos:

Um mínimo de 1-2 anos de experiência em vendas de TI

Excelente maneira de comunicação e atendimento telefónico

Proficiência em Português

Fluência em Espanhol

Capacidade numérica com forte atenção aos detalhes

Habilidades de planeamento e gestão de prioridades

Determinação para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos

Conhecimento do setor de TI

É desejável ter experiência anterior com sistemas informáticos para orçamentos, entrada de pedidos e CRM

Conhecimento prático de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
