Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for reward and performance projects within the HR Portfolio framework with governance standards. You will work closely with the Sponsor to mobilise the resources required for the delivery of reward and performance cycle. You will also be developing and leading detailed project plans, owning the development/tracking of robust readiness criteria, ensuring a balance of short- and long-term planning, and leading team members to ensure all activities remain on track.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Demonstrable experience in running projects (3-5 years of experience)
Understanding of reward performance cycles
Experience in handling projects in a global environment and leading work between different functions
Very good written and spoken communication in English
Digital literacy
Project Management certification
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience working with PowerBI or another business analytics solution
Demonstrable track record of strong stakeholder management
