Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manage r will build high performing teams and strategically drive sales and profitability within our ‘Owned and Operated’ stores whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times. Global and local brand standards must be executed consistently, commercially and efficiently. The RSM will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in order to maximize the people, product & operational opportunities within the region.

Extensive retail management experience within a global organisation and a proven track record of successfully delivering in a similar multi-site field management role (e.g. Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, District Manager) Experience of running high profile region with a high turnover A customer centric and service focused team leader with a target driven and sales-focused mentality Excellent communicator, fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills An inspiring leader, coach and mentor with excellent people development skills A creative flair with experience in visual merchandising Proficient using Microsoft Office Availability to travel 80% of the timeOUR REWARDS
