Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon. This role requires fluency in Italian (C1 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. Relocation support is included to help you settle comfortably in this vibrant city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance:

    • Address customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Italian.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical or account-related issues.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Service Excellence:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
    • Maintain and update records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Multilingual Communication:

    • Use English as a secondary language to communicate with internal teams or during specific customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Language Skills:

    • C1-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
    • B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting.
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and online communication platforms.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team-oriented environment.
