Spanish Speaking User Support Specialist

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Spanish-Speaking User Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Spanish-speaking users, assisting them in navigating our platform, resolving their issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and eager to make a meaningful impact on the user community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent support to Spanish-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and understanding platform features.
- Respond quickly and professionally to user inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Stay updated on platform updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards users.
- Identify and report trends in user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in English for internal communications and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
