Spanish Speaking User Support Specialist

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking User Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users, helping them navigate our platform, resolving their issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience. This position is ideal for those with a keen interest in social media and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the user community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding user support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and utilizing platform features.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and current information to users.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards users at all times.
- Identify and report trends in user feedback to help improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) is essential.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required.
