Brand Manager Professional Health Care

PRT-Lisboa

Como Brand Manager Professional Health Care , serás responsável por liderar a Prevenção de Riscos para profissionais de saúde e todo portfólio de soluções de Prevenção de Infeções Hospitalares, com enfoque Institucional e em linha com os valores e código de conduta HARTMANN. Farás a coordenação ibérica de projetos de inovação adhoc do Grupo HARTMANN e desenvolverás o negócio para uma posição de de líder de mercado.

Terás o desafio de, em coordenação com a Business Division, estabelecer estratégias para que se tornem um centro ibérico de excelência em soluções para as infeções adquiridas em Hospitais.    

 

Responsabilidades:

Estratégia e Plano de Marketing:

  • Desenvolvimento da estratégica ibérica de produtos e soluções para as infeções, em estreita colaboração com a Sales Business Division e reportanto funcionalmente ao Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Trabalho em conjunto com Medical Affairs e Market Access para definição de comunicação e KOL plan.
  • Interação constante com as equipas multidisciplinares da HARTMANN, tais como SCM, Finanças e Vendas.
  • Estabelecer o budget, desenvolver e implementar o plano de Marketing anual, definir e cumprir objetivos da área.
  • Apoiar a elaboração de propostas de concursos relevantes para o negócio, em conjunto com a equipa dedicada, sob a liderança da equipa de vendas Institucionais.

Lançamentos e relançamentos:

  • Conduzir e implementar projetos de lançamento e relançamento, em estreita colaboração com a Business Division, equipa de Makerting de Ibéria e hospitais locais.
  • Conduzir o turnaround de rentabilidade (SINKER) em estreita colaboração com a Business Division.
  • Criação de novas oportunidades de Set em CPT-OP e CPT-Care, em conjunto com o responsável de vendas.
  • Preparar o plano de pré-comercialização da carteira de produtos de elevado valor acrescentado para 2025 para a organização ibérica
  • Preparar a implementação do portfólio de soluções orientadas para a HAI 2025 em Portugal.

Comunicação e Regulatory Affairs:

  • Liderar de forma colaborativa e decisiva todas as tarefas de comunicação local, incluindo os canais digitais.
  • Desenvolver e liderar a produção de materiais de comunicação local, seguindo o processo de rotulagem corporativa e orientações do National Brand Consultant.
  • Ser responsável por especificações técnicas e apoiar equipa de Regulatory Affairs em suas necessidades.

Eventos com clientes:

  • Organizar e coordenar os eventos com clientes, tais como participação em Congressos e Convenções da HARTMANN.

Pricing e P&L:

  • Liderar, em estreita colaboração com o Sales Business Division Manager, o conceito de fixação de preços de cada grupo de produtos e estabelecer objetivos de margem.
  • Estar totalmente envolvido e ser responsável pelo P&L do negócio, em estreita colaboração com os Gerentes das Unidades de negócio e Corporate Pricing.

 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura em Marketing, Gestão, Farmácia, Ciências da saúde ou similar.
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência comprovada com Marketing B2B em empresas de cuidados com a saúde.
  • Experiência de vendas em Hospitais e coordenação com Medical & Market access affairs será um diferencial.
  • Gestão e estreita colaboração com agências, entre outros fornecedores.
  • Desejável conhecimento de ferramentas como BI ou excelência de vendas.
  • Boa compreensão sobre marketing ROI.
  • Necessário português nativo/bilingue e inglês avançado ou com grande capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita. Espanhol intermedio é um plus.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar dentro da UE, devido colaboração com equipa de Ibéria, regional e global.
