Brand Manager Lindor

PRT-Lisboa

Como Brand Manager para Lindor ® , você será responsável por liderar a marca em todos os canais de venda, com foco principal no canal Retalho, desenvolvendo estratégias de Marketing e Trade Marketing, em coordenação com Trade Marketing Iberia.

Terá o desafio de impulsionar a marca para que se torne um dos principais concorrentes no setor  de consumo, expandindo também para segmentos de mercados dinâmicos (selfcare).

Reportando à Business Sales Division e com reporte funcional ao Marketing Manager, conduzirá estudos de consumo, definirá o desenvolvimento estratégico da carteira, além de desenvolver ainda mais a marca Lindor ® em lares para idosos posicionando-se como nº 1.

 

 

Responsabilidades:

Estratégia e Plano de Marketing:

  • Desenvolvimento do consumo de Lindor em Portugal, em estreita colaboração com a Marketing Manager e Corporate Business Division.
  • Forte liderança no distribuidor de Retalho e análise de desempenho.
  • Estabelecer budget, desenvolver e implementar plano de Marketing anual, definir e cumprir objetivos da área.
  • Interação constante com as equipas multidisciplinares da HARTMANN, tais como SCM e Finanças.

Lançamentos e relançamentos:

  • Desenvolver o portfólio Lindor rumo aceitação e satisfação do consumidor.
  • Preparar e liderar iniciativas em conjunto com o distribuidor local de retalho e a sua equipa.
  • Realizar melhorias no portfóio e garantir prazos para comunicações e lançamentos.

Comunicação e Promoção:

  • Liderar e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a Business Divison e os fornecedores (criativos, meios de comunicação, resposta ao consumidor, digital), além de desenvolver em colaboração com Corporate, equipa espanhola Lindor e o distribuidor no retalho, todas as iniciativas ATL e BTL em todos os canais de comunicação.

Transformação Digital:

  • Desenvolver Lindor no E-commerce através dos retalhistas, em estreita colaboração com as equipas Regionais.
  • Continuar a desenvolver as competências digitais em conjunto com as equipas digitais globais, agências e equipas locais.

Pricing and P&L:

  • Assumir responsabilidades sobre tópicos relevantes em matéria de preços, tais como RRSP e CMI.
  • Estar totalmente envolvido e compreender profundamente o P&L no negócio de consumo da marca Lindor, além de controlar a estratégia de preços no ponto de venda.

 

 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura Marketing, Gestão, Ciências da saúde ou similar.
  • Mínimo 3 anos de experiência comprovada como Gerente de Marketing/Produto/Trade, idealmente em empresas de bens de consumo massivo (FMCG).
  • Desejável experiência prévia de vendas ou como KAM em FMCG/OTC será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas como BI ou excelência de vendas será um diferencial.
  • Necessário sólida experiência em análise de dados Nielsen para relatórios e conclusões de negócios.
  • Boa compreensão sobre marketing ROI.
  • Gestão, liderança e estreita colaboração com agências (creative, media, research), entre outros fornecedores.
  • Preferencialmente português nativo/bilingue e inglês avançado ou com grande capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita. Espanhol intermediário é um plus.
  • Fortes capacidades analíticas e de raciocínio conceitual.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar dentro da UE devido grande colaboração com equipa regional e global.
