We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience while working in a vibrant city known for its culture, history, and lifestyle. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions, providing guidance, and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Enthusiasm for working in an international team and environment.
