O que procuramos?

Estamos atualmente à procura de um recurso para a posição de Technical Support Specialist integrado na equipa de serviços geridos, com recurso e produção em tecnologias Microsoft e VMware, estes Profissionais terão como responsabilidade a Instalação, Manutenção, Administração de Sistemas Microsoft/VMware em ambientes críticos e de elevada complexidade.

Formação Superior em Engenharia Informática ou equivalente (Preferencial mas não eliminatório); Experiência comprovada na área de tecnologias de informação superior a 8 anos (Obrigatório); Sólidos conhecimentos em Tecnologia Microsoft (Obrigatório); Sólidos conhecimentos em Tecnologia VMware (Obrigatório); Conhecimento de Soluções de Storage (Instalação, Manutenção e Análise); Conhecimento de Soluções de Backup (Veeam, Avamar); Conhecimento de Soluções de Segurança (Checkpoint, Cisco, Paloalto); Competências e conhecimento em equipamentos Dell EMC (Servidores, Storage e Networking)
