About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Controller Associate to join our Production Team. The Operations Controller Associate will play a crucial role in the construction, maintenance, and analysis of various control tools for the KPIs defined for our clinical operations, providing valuable insights for streamlining processes and supporting strategic decision-making. This position requires a motivated and autonomous individual who excels at both analytical and administrative tasks to support our production operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to contribute to the success of our organisation and make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery.
As an Operations Controller Associate, you will:- Oversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring that financial outcomes are optimised and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Prepare and analyse forecasts, budgets, and financial controls, offering financial guidance to support senior management’s decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and boost profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to production activities and performance metrics.
- Maintain and organise production records, files, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct data entry and analysis to support the optimisation of production processes and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Manage and monitor resource allocation to ensure effective utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with predefined medical allocation parameters, making adjustments as needed to adhere to regulatory standards.
- Gather and systematise information for monitoring operational and management indicators to support performance tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date operational control files and medical network databases, ensuring that records are accurate and accessible for effective resource management.
About youTo be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a controller or management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with database management.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
