- Compreensão das necessidades e desafios de negócio do Cliente, para expansão do programa de marketing digital;
- Gestão de uma carteira de Clientes para garantir uma excelência na entrega de serviço;
- Apoiar o Cliente na definição e acompanhamento dos planos estratégicos de social media;
- Monitorizar e garantir a performance de social media e campanhas de Paid Media (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads);
- Executar as melhores práticas em gestão de programa de marketing digital dos nossos Clientes;
- Trabalhar de forma alinhada e muito próxima junto da área de Vendas para identificação de oportunidades de cross-sell e upsell;
- Contribuir ativamente para a redução de churn e impulsionar a renovação de contratos;
- Atuar como a Voz do Cliente;
- Obter feedback relevante e recomendações dos Clientes para a equipa de Gestão de Produtos.
- Habilitações literárias ao nível da Licenciatura ou equivalente;
- Experiência de pelo menos 2 anos em funções de gestão de Clientes;
- Experiência em gestão de redes sociais ou função similar;
- Conhecimento das melhores práticas em plataformas de redes sociais;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Abordagem altamente quantitativa para entender, medir e prever o comportamento e a receita do Cliente;
- Bons conhecimentos de Informática, nomeadamente ao nível do Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Boa capacidade de planeamento, autonomia e responsabilidade;
- Dinamismo e proatividade.

- Vencimento base + subsídio de alimentação + componente variável;
- Bom ambiente de trabalho.
