Are you ready to delve into intellectually stimulating work? As the Global Talent Systems and Processes Lead, you will be responsible for optimising all our global talent systems and processes within the Talent & Development (T&D) Centre of Excellence (COE). Your role will be pivotal in delivering a seamless employee experience while maximising adoption and data generated insights. We are on a mission to be a digital world class HR function, and this role will help us bring that ambition to life with our global talent platforms and processes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the continued digitalisation of talent processes; conduct design workshops and streamline current processes, work with HRIS, IT and HR and business stakeholders to accelerate the digitalisation of our talent processes in Workday and be an SME on the Talent Platform implementation. You will also own our talent dashboard in PowerBI and be a key partner to the HR analytics team. You will manage and advance our backlog of talent systems enhancement working with HR and business leaders to identify the needs and potential solutions. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact with our systems vendors learning about best practices and upcoming releases and integrating them into our implementation roadmap as appropriate. You will educate HR and other stakeholders in the use of talent digital tools and be the main point of contact for user queries. You will maintain our knowledge management strategy ensuring that all our resources and materials are available across our learning ecosystem (e.g. Degreed, ServiceNow, Cornerstone). Additionally, you will support ad-hoc initiatives that may emerge during the year related to the Talent Strategy Space.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Demonstrated experience working globally leading complex projects

Experience with digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Degreed, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, PowerBI, Eightfold and Workday

Experience implementing HRIS systems globally

Experience advising, facilitating and presenting to groups and leaders

Ability to effectively operate in an environment of constant change and able to work with ambiguity

Strong collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; seeks diverse perspectives

Demonstrated analytical mind, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated strong project management skills

Written and spoken proficiency in English

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
