Volkswagen Financial Services is the largest provider of automotive financial services worldwide. The CRM Senior Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks: Oversee CRM governance and data quality, ensuring accurate, compliant, and business‐ready customer information.
Design and optimize workflows, campaigns, and segmentation, aligning CRM capabilities with commercial and marketing goals. Transform CRM data into actionable insights, delivering dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations. Enable seamless integration between CRM and other systems, supporting a unified customer view and efficient processes.
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing and Sales, promoting CRM best practices and emerging trends across teams. We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience
in team management (preferred but not mandatory). Relevant experience in Financial Services and/or the Automotive Industry. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated strategic thinking and a results‐oriented mindset.
High level of proactivity, innovation, and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment. Fluency in English. Strong communication skills for effective global collaboration. Proficiency in Power BI or similar data tools, and experience working in Agile environments (preferred but not mandatory).
