YOUR ROLE We are looking for an Application Production Support Analyst to join our team. Your main responsibilities are: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and log analysis. Ensure applications are operational and optimized Participate in infrastructure testing and validation of server migrations. Document technical environments and procedures. Participate in designing new infrastructure and prepare for its commissioning. Monitor the quality of service (load analysis, performance monitoring). Deploy applications and set up environments according to standards. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience in application support, incident management, debugging, and log analysis Strong technical knowledge of application technologies and cloud infrastructure Proficiency in IT tools (Ansible, Linux, Windows, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes) Experience with SQL queries and data analysis Familiarity with Agile & DevOps culture and ITIL best practices Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferable) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fluency in English; French is a plus Experience in the banking sector (plus) Embody Capgemini’s values of Boldness, Trust, and Team Spirit, promoting collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality software delivery WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
