We integrate all areas of development from prospecting, investment, architecture, engineering to construction. Our clients include Tesla, Fitness Hut, Médis, Glovo, Gleba, and others. We aim to become the #1 developer, build a 100% digital real‑estate fund, and lead BuildTech and PropTech. Key Responsibilities Client acquisition and commercial relationship management Define strategy and identify business development opportunities Project oversight and key decision making Manage revenue pipeline and objectives Lead multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, construction) Allocate and distribute projects Ensure delivery to clients Global and individual team performance management Set career progression goals Key Challenges Develop service philosophy and business model for new area Establish the company as a national leader in this segment Increase business volume in construction and architecture Qualifications Commercial and leadership profile Strong technical background in Architecture, project management or construction Business acumen and ability to develop business plans 7–20 years of experience Leadership and team management experience Higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture Complementary training in management or real‑estate valued Compensation & Benefits Permanent contract Annual gross salary 60,000€–90,000€ depending on experience iPhone with unlimited plan Health insurance (Médis) Hybrid flexible work environment 26 days vacation Youthful, informal, highly dynamic atmosphere Defined career plan with strong training investment Objective salary progression with semi‑annual or annual increases (~10%) Variable remuneration tied to performance and attractive annual bonuses Participation in the Placer real‑estate investment fund EAP access to wellbeing, legal, financial, social support and nutrition counseling Optional Coverflex Wallet platform for exclusive discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
