WiZink Bank is looking for a Senior Business Development in the Business Development area in Portugal. This role will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aimed at securing B2B partnerships. This position requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business objectives. Knowledge and Experience: Min. 3 years in a similar role in an business organization. Experience in banking financial industry is a plus. Advanced English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Education: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus. What would be your main functions? Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices within the Business Development unit. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership-related projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for partnership initiatives. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Define KPIs and track performance metrics for partnership projects. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners. Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business development strategy. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in partnership execution.
