Our client is a video gaming brand that consists of five home video game consoles, two handhelds, a media center, and a smartphone, as well as an online service and multiple magazines. The brand is produced by Sony Interactive Entertainment, a division of Sony.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 (40h/week)
- Loation: Lisbon
The activities:
- Customer advice by telephone,email and chat; Helpcustomerswithpaymentissues;
- Support for using PlayStation products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
- Effective assistance and advice when purchasing PlayStation products.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Interest in gaming
- Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible
- Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
Offer:
- Salary: 1227€ gross month
- Full-time position
