About the Project:

This exciting opportunity is with a renowned video gaming brand offering a vast array of products, including five home consoles, two handhelds, a media center, a smartphone, an online service, and multiple magazines. In this role, you'll be the hero for gamers across the Ukrainian market, providing exceptional technical support.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the champion for Ukrainian, Russian, and English-speaking players by offering professional technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Become an expert in troubleshooting and resolving account management issues.
  • Assist players with product usage, installation, and device synchronization.
  • Guide and advise gamers on their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

  • Structured Schedule: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with a consistent 40-hour week (8 hours/day) with a 1-hour lunch break. Enjoy rotational shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with a 4-week schedule in advance for planning.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Native speaker of Ukrainian.
  • Native or fluent speaker of Russian.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • A problem-solver with a proactive and efficient approach.
  • A team player with a strong customer focus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite, email).
