Your responsibilities and impact as a Gaming Support Specialist will be:

  • Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and document relevant case information

  • Assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone/email/social media channels

  • Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social/forums/e-commerce reviews) channels

  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner

  • A good level of German and English

  • Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)

Whatâs in it for you?

  • Type of contract: one year contract, renewable every year

  • Paid training (1 - 4  weeks)

  • Working hours: full time (40 h/week; 5 days/ week) on fixed shifts (Mo -Fr 8am  - 5pm)

  • Salary conditions â 2 options
    1. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,133 â¬ gross/month

    2. Excluding accommodation: 1,500 â¬ gross/month

For international candidates:

  • Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal

  • Subsequent reimbursement of flight costs
