Aliamos a tradição da fotografia à inovação tecnológica. Descritivo da Função: Reportando diretamente ao Brand Manager, serás a voz e o rosto da Dreambooks na relação com os nossos parceiros. A tua missão é dupla: liderar o nosso ambicioso Programa de Embaixadores e Estratégia de Influência, e garantir que todo o conteúdo escrito da marca (copywriting) seja envolvente, estratégico e converte. Principais responsabilidades: Liderar a Estratégia de Influência: Gerir de ponta a ponta o Programa de Embaixadores e a rede de Influenciadores, desde a negociação e briefing até à análise de ROI. Storytelling & Copywriting: Redigir conteúdos estratégicos para Newsletters, Artigos de Blog, Landing Pages e guiões de campanha. Gestão de Campanhas (GTM): Planear e implementar o calendário de campanhas sazonais (Natal, Dia da Mãe, Verão), coordenando as necessidades com as equipas de Design e Multimédia. Email Marketing: Gerir a estratégia de email e automação, criando fluxos de comunicação que aumentem a retenção e o valor do cliente. Coordenação Criativa: Elaborar briefings claros para a criação de conteúdos visuais e acompanhar a execução. Apoio a Eventos: Acompanhamento e gestão de eventos de ativação de marca. Requisitos: Mindset "AI First": Utilização fluente de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (ex: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) para otimizar fluxos de trabalho, pesquisa e apoio à criação de copy. Experiência comprovada de 3+ anos em Marketing, com forte foco em Gestão de Influenciadores (Fator eliminatório). Excelente capacidade de escrita em português: criativa, gramaticalmente irrepreensível e orientada para vendas. Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex: Asana). Experiência na gestão de projetos e no cumprimento de prazos em ambientes dinâmicos. Conhecimentos de ferramentas de Email Marketing (ex.: E-goi ou similares). Capacidade analítica para interpretar métricas de negócio. Residência próxima ou disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Marco de Canaveses.
