French Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from our client's customers.
- Welcome and advise customers.
- Offer personalized solutions on every call.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
- French Native or Strong C2 + English B1
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
What We Offer:
- Monthly salary: 930 euro (14 salaries).
- Performance Bonus: 100 euros for three first months then up to performance.
- Meal Allowance: 9 euro per day.
- Transportation reimbursement: up to 40 euro.
- Private Medical Insurance after 4 months.
- Working schedule: Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts from 7am till 7pm.
