What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
  • Languages: Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.
What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation

  • Base Salary: 890 EUR gross/month (14 months), 12 460 EUR gross/year
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 90 EUR /month (12 months), 1 080 EUR gross/year
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR /day (net), 1908,72 EUR gross/year
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month, 240 EUR gross/year

14 608,72 EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus 1 080 EUR gross/year
