A Direção de Gestão de Clientes, da EDP Gás Serviço Universal, que tem como missão Participar na definição e implementação da estratégia da EDP Gás SU no Ambito das operações do ciclo comercial dos clientes de gás do mercado regulado, relativamente à contratação, faturação, cobranças e gestão da dívida, em alinhamento com os objetivos da Empresa e os regulamentos de entidades supervisoras externas, assegurando a sua gestão eficaz e eficiente, designadamente com o prestador de serviços de suporte comercial, numa ótica de maximização da qualidade do serviço prestado, de otimização dos custos e garantindo a satisfação dos clientes., está a recrutar para a área de Gestão de Clientes.


Responsabilidades:

  • Efetuar controlo de processos de contratação, faturação e expedição de faturas de clientes do mercado regulado, controlando os indicadoresalvo de performance de cada processo;
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria nos procedimentos operacionais;
  • Desenvolver otimização de processos através de RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
  • Acompanhar de forma endtoend os desenvolvimentos ao sistema comercial, com enfoque na participação do desenho de requisitos e na execução de testes de implementação;
  • Participar na atualização de processos e sistemas, fruto de alterações legais e regulatórias;
  • Apoiar no controlo da atividade em outsourcing, nomeadamente
:

i. identificação, quantificação e análise dos indicadores de atividade e métricas de produtividade / desempenho; ii. nível de atingimento dos SLAs contratados;

  • Elaboração de dashboards operacionais;
  • Participar na resolução de problemas operacionais e nas respostas a pedidos de informação de clientes.
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia (preferencial), Economia, Direito e Gestão;
  • Experiência em funções similares até 3 anos;
  • Competências Técnicas
:

gestão de operações, ferramentas de gestão de BPO, tratamento de dados e ferramentas analíticas.

  • Conhecimentos da Metodologia Agile/SCRUM são valorizados;
- É essencial o domínio do Office, nomeadamente Excel, PowerPoint e Power BI;

  • Perfil analítico e capacidade de problemsolving, agilidade e rapidez e espírito de trabalho em equipa, são requisitos essenciais;
  • Iniciativa, criatividade e boa capacidade de comunicação são competências valorizadas;
