IT Coordinator As a IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintain overall efficiency of set standards for the Housekeeping function.

Serve as secondary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardwareand / or software.

You will also be responsible with the management of our CCTV camerasComputer software and hardware troubleshootingBasic proficiency in computer programs.

Ensures technology assets are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Rixos policies and standardsInstalls, monitors, maintains telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.

Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions.
Supports end-use company provided mobile phone issues.
Escalates problems as appropriate through IT Supervisor and / or the IT Manager.
Images desktops, installs new software applications, applies patches, maps drives to correct server/network.
Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs.

Must have basic knowledge in LAN, Security, Wireless, IP Telephony, Oasys, Micros, Fidelios, Opera, Sun System, various hospitality solutions and software.

Must be an example of the Rixos Values, Brand Standards, and a champion of appearance & hygiene guidelines.

Implements guidelines, policies and procedures for those operating departments according to Rixos Guidelines & StandardsTo ensure that he/she provides a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.


Your experience and skills include:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in 5* hotel.
Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
