THE ROLE

With comprehensive training, we will help you to get familiar and comfortable in your new position. In no time you will be assisting customers to optimize their customer experience across their devices and making a significant impact on the brand business while you continue to extend your skills to reach expertise levels in our organization and across the international employment market.

You will be in touch with customers and find solutions to meet customers expectations. As part of an international and diverse team, the Customer Care Advisor is the first point of contact for delivering worldwide support in relation to tools, processes, and licenses for onboard diagnosis software within the areas of the Mercedes-Benz Group. Your role is to support the users with issues occurring while using the platforms and/or to provide information about the products and their functionalities.Within your role, some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Roadside assistance
  • Roadside assistance onsite (technician will be sent)
  • Towing assistance
  • Connect Mobility Service
  • Using the Mercedes Me App and Me Adapter App
  • ServiceActivation/Deactivation
  • Arranging online appointments
  • Vehicle monitoring and real-time traffic information

THE IDEAL JOB FOR YOU WHEN YOU HAVE

  • A good level of English and a native level of German.
  • Interest in Client Experience Services and Technical Support.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently.
  • Positive mindset and business acumen.
  • Motivation to relocate and grow your career fast.
  • Experience in telephone customer support (preferred but not a must).
