Our client is a leading multinational delivering Customer Experience solutions in Lisbon.

What will you do?:

  • In your daytoday:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers
  • You will be advising customers on our client's product portfolio
  • You will identify customer inquiries and escalate them to the specialist team in Customer Service

Who are we looking for?:

  • You're the person we're looking for if:
  • You speak fluently German (C1 level) and English (at least B1)
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You're customeroriented and driven to finding solutions
  • You're flexible to work 2 Saturdays a month
  • You have experience in Customer Service/Front Office/Back Office (it will be a plus)
