Job Description:

As a Clearance Broker, you will work closely with customs to enable timely clearance and delivery. You will ensure the completion of checks and processes that result in timely and effective transaction processing and legal compliance. In this role, efficient, courteous, and professional communication and taking responsibility for issues/requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities:


- Preparation of customs entry documentation based on the shipment-provided documents.


- Verify that all customs documentation has been completed correctly.


- Contact customers via email and phone to obtain missing or unclear information needed for clearance.


- Ensure correct identification and accurate entry of shipment information in appropriate systems.


- Produce and validate customs data and documents to support the achievement of internal regulatory and compliance standards and ensure timely clearance.


- Ensure accuracy within an environment that aims for goal achievement in short timeframes.

The ideal candidate will:


- Be fluent in English (B2 - C1).


- Be a team player with a proactive attitude.


- Be customer-focused with excellent communication skills.


- Be detail-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines.


- Be task-oriented with good time management.


- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Be able to make independent decisions based on experience.


- Have good IT skills including Microsoft Office.


- Be willing to develop in a multicultural/multinational environment.
