Job Description:

As a Clearance Broker, you will work closely with customs to enable timely clearance and delivery. Ensuring completion of checks and processes that result in timely and effective transaction processing and legal compliance is key. In this role, efficient, courteous, and professional communication and taking ownership of issues/requirements are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment-provided documents.

- Verify all customs documentation is correctly completed.

- Contact clients via email and phone to obtain missing or unclear information required for clearance.

- Ensure proper identification and accurate shipment information input into appropriate systems.

- Produce and validate customs data and documents to support internal regulatory compliance standards and ensure timely clearance.

- Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will:

- Be fluent in English (B2 – C1).

- Be a team player with a proactive attitude.

- Be customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

- Be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

- Be task-oriented with good time management.

- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Be capable of making independent decisions based on experience.

- Possess good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

- Be willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
